If you share your home with a Macaw, Cockatoo, or another extra-large parrot, you know they need more than just space—they need serious toys built for their size, strength, and energy. The right bird toys go far beyond entertainment. They support beak health, prevent boredom, and encourage natural behaviors like climbing, chewing, and foraging.
🦜 Why Extra-Large Parrots Need XL Toys
Big parrots come with big personalities—and powerful beaks to match. Toys made for smaller birds can be chewed apart in minutes and may pose a safety hazard. That's why it’s critical to choose toys specifically designed for large and extra-large birds.
Benefits of XL Bird Toys:
-
✅ Safety – Sturdy parts sized appropriately for large beaks
-
✅ Stimulation – Multiple textures and materials to explore
-
✅ Durability – Built to withstand rough, heavy play
