ABOUT BONKA BIRD TOYS
Bonka Bird Toys is a family-owned bird toy company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For more than two decades, we have been creating engaging bird toy designs for parrots and companion birds of all sizes.
We offer a large selection of bird toys for chewing, shredding, foraging and enrichment, along with DIY bird toy parts, perches, cage accessories and other bird supplies. The majority of our bird toys are handcrafted in the USA.
Our goal is simple: provide quality products, dependable service and plenty of choices to help keep birds active, entertained and enriched.
SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $69
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $69 shipped within the contiguous
United States.
Free shipping does not apply to bird cages or freight and oversized shipments. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are also excluded from our standard free shipping offer. Available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already shipped.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returned merchandise must be in the same new condition in which it was received and should be returned in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
