Bonka Bird Toys Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Bonka Bird Toys Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Affiliate Approval

Participation in the Bonka Bird Toys Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Bonka Bird Toys.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove an affiliate from the program at our discretion.

Affiliates must provide accurate and current information when applying.

2. Affiliate Commission

Approved affiliates will receive a 10% commission on qualifying referred sales, unless a different commission rate has been specifically agreed upon by Bonka Bird Toys.

Commission is calculated on qualifying merchandise purchased through the affiliate's approved referral link or referral discount code.

Commission generally does not apply to:

  • Shipping charges

  • Taxes

  • Gift card purchases

  • Refunded or canceled orders

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Chargebacks

  • Self-referrals

  • Products, collections, or promotions specifically excluded from affiliate commission

Bonka Bird Toys reserves the right to establish different commission rates for specific products, collections, affiliates, or promotional campaigns.

3. Referral Confirmation

Affiliate commissions are subject to a 14-day confirmation period.

A referral may initially appear in an affiliate's account before the commission becomes confirmed.

Orders that are canceled, refunded, partially refunded, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise reversed may have the related commission reduced or removed.

4. Self-Referrals Are Not Allowed

Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases.

This includes purchases made using:

  • Your own affiliate referral link

  • Your own affiliate discount code

  • Another account controlled by you

  • An account belonging to someone purchasing on your behalf for the purpose of generating commission

Bonka Bird Toys may cancel commissions associated with suspected self-referrals or program abuse.

5. Referral Links and Discount Codes

Affiliates may receive a unique referral link and/or affiliate discount code.

These may be shared through approved websites, blogs, social media accounts, videos, emails, and other appropriate promotional channels.

Affiliates may not alter, manipulate, or misuse tracking links or discount codes in an attempt to receive credit for sales they did not legitimately refer.

Bonka Bird Toys may modify, deactivate, or replace referral links or discount codes at any time.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws and regulations.

Whenever promoting Bonka Bird Toys in connection with an affiliate relationship, affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.

The disclosure should be easy for customers to see and understand.

Examples include:

"I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."

or

"#ad" / "#affiliate"

Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements.

7. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must promote Bonka Bird Toys professionally and accurately.

Affiliates may not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about Bonka Bird Toys or our products

  • Misrepresent prices, discounts, availability, or promotions

  • Advertise unauthorized coupon or discount codes

  • Engage in spam or unsolicited bulk messaging

  • Use deceptive advertising or misleading links

  • Impersonate Bonka Bird Toys or imply that they are an employee or official representative of Bonka Bird Toys

  • Use Bonka Bird Toys trademarks, logos, or branding in a misleading manner

  • Create websites, domains, social media accounts, or usernames designed to impersonate Bonka Bird Toys

  • Promote Bonka Bird Toys through illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content

8. Paid Advertising and Search Marketing

Affiliates may not bid on Bonka Bird Toys branded terms in paid search advertising without prior written permission.

Restricted terms include, but are not limited to:

  • Bonka Bird Toys

  • BonkaBirdToys

  • Bonka Bird Toys coupons

  • Bonka Bird Toys discount

  • Misspellings or variations of the Bonka Bird Toys name

Affiliates may not create paid advertisements that appear to be official Bonka Bird Toys advertisements without written authorization.

9. Coupon and Deal Websites

Affiliate codes may not be submitted to coupon, cashback, deal, rebate, or discount-code websites without prior written approval from Bonka Bird Toys.

Commissions generated through unauthorized coupon or deal websites may be canceled.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

If a referred order is refunded, canceled, charged back, partially refunded, or otherwise reversed, the associated affiliate commission may also be reversed or adjusted.

If commission has already been credited or paid for an invalid transaction, Bonka Bird Toys reserves the right to deduct the amount from future affiliate earnings where permitted.

11. Affiliate Payments

Affiliate payments will be issued according to the payout method, schedule, minimum payment threshold, and other payment settings established by Bonka Bird Toys and displayed through the affiliate program.

Affiliates are responsible for supplying accurate payment information.

Bonka Bird Toys is not responsible for payment delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment information supplied by the affiliate.

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or reporting requirements associated with affiliate income.

12. Intellectual Property

Bonka Bird Toys may provide approved images, logos, banners, product information, or other marketing materials for affiliate use.

These materials remain the property of Bonka Bird Toys and may only be used for purposes of participating in the affiliate program.

Affiliates may not modify Bonka Bird Toys branding in a manner that is misleading, damaging, or inconsistent with our brand.

13. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Bonka Bird Toys Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship.

Affiliates participate as independent parties and are responsible for their own business activities, expenses, taxes, and legal obligations.

14. Program Abuse and Fraud

Bonka Bird Toys reserves the right to investigate suspicious affiliate activity.

Examples may include:

  • Self-referrals

  • Artificial or fraudulent orders

  • Manipulation of tracking systems

  • Unauthorized discount-code distribution

  • Misleading advertising

  • Cookie stuffing or forced redirects

  • Attempts to receive commission for customers the affiliate did not legitimately refer

Commissions associated with fraudulent or abusive activity may be canceled.

15. Termination

Either the affiliate or Bonka Bird Toys may end participation in the affiliate program at any time.

Bonka Bird Toys may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate for violating these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, inappropriate promotional practices, or conduct that may harm Bonka Bird Toys or its customers.

Valid commissions earned prior to termination may remain payable, subject to verification and these terms.

16. Changes to the Program

Bonka Bird Toys may modify the affiliate program, commission rates, eligibility requirements, promotional rules, payment policies, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued participation in the program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bonka Bird Toys will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

We do not guarantee any specific level of traffic, sales, commissions, or earnings.
