Took a while for parrot to trust
My tip is to keep any paper tags on a new toy. My birds (lesser sulfur too and galah too) would not go near this until they noticed the paper tag. Once they chewed the tag, the fun began. They removed all of the wooden disks and are now working on the rest. Definitely a big toy as seen in the photo.

I was hopeful on this toy as my Mccaw does like to shred his braided swing. So far he has ignored this new toy. This should be perfect for a bird that likes to shred. Sometimes it takes time for a bird to react to a new toy.

My macaw expressed interest right away on this but then seemed to lose interest. I moved it to a more accessible spot and she's been working on it very steady now. It stands up to her well so will last quite awhile. Some wood toys are destroyed too quick so this is a great addition to her chew choices!
